I recently had my perimeter drain replaced because of a flood in our basement. The other day, after having the hose running I noticed some damp spots on the exposed basement walls. The person who installed it isn't offering up any solutions. I started doing tests and saw water was still getting through. I've started excavating the perimeter again and would like someone to come by and sort the issue.

Cleaned debris from crawl space, fixed cracks in foundation, insulated the concrete walls, installed drainage mat on floor, lined the crawl space with thick liner, sealed vents to keep the rodents out and a sump pump was installed. We are very satisfied with the work. Our house feels warmer and smells cleaner.

My window well ties were rotting and needed to be replaced. After calling about 15 companies, basement systems Vancouver was the only one who responded in a timely manner and was very professional in all aspects such as phone manner, coming out for estimate, etc. I watched the two gentlemen take out the old rotted wood and replace with new ties and they worked hard and with care to do a professional job! I would Recommend this company to anyone.
